A lucky gambler bet $125 on a popular slot machine and walked away with a whopping $1.3 million, according to a press release from Caesars Entertainment.
The bettor, who chose to remain anonymous, was playing the Wheel of Fortune progressive slot machine at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino when they hit the jackpot on Sunday, according to Caesars.
The win marked the largest jackpot hit on the Wheel of Fortune in more than a decade at Caesars Entertainment-operated casinos in Las Vegas, according to the release.
Caesars Entertainment spokesperson Chelsea Ryder told CNN the win was the first Wheel of Fortune jackpot at any Las Vegas casino since April of 2021.
The jackpot was also the largest slot jackpot reported in Las Vegas since October of 2021, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal gambling analyst Michael Shackleford.

After the win, the lucky player said they planned to pay off their mortgage and other debt, according to Caesars.
