Lerner Theatre announces new all-in pricing through Ticketmaster
After a successful pilot program, the Lerner Theatre today announced that it is adopting a new ticketing model called All-In Pricing. The new pricing model, which was pioneered by Ticketmaster, allows venues to display ticket prices to customers without any additional fees. Customers will now pay the prices they see (plus tax), with no additional fees applied at checkout.
“We’re excited to introduce these transparent prices for our cherished fans and patrons,” Megan Cooper, Executive Director of the Lerner Foundation, said. “This is a step toward improving the customer experience, ensuring that the price you see is the price you pay. We also hope that this new approach will make it clearer and easier to purchase tickets, offering more convenience to our customers.”
Along with the change in pricing, the Lerner Theatre’s Ticketmaster page will be getting a makeover. The fresh, new look will highlight events with a “buy tickets” button on the main page, making it easier for customers to jump right in and purchase from their computer or mobile device. Upcoming events at the Lerner Theatre include The Steve Martin and Martin Short show on February 17 and The Happy Together Tour on May 11.
