Barcelona will be hoping to get back on track in LaLiga when they host Celta Vigo at Camp Nou on Sunday. The Catalans have won just one of their last six league games and have slipped seven points behind leaders Real Madrid, who they face in the Copa del Rey semi-finals.

Xavi Hernandez’s side will also be full of confidence after a thrilling 4-0 win over Napoli on Tuesday secured their place in the Champions League last 16. Celta, meanwhile, are embroiled in a three-way fight to avoid relegation, with Los Celestes currently level on points with Granada and Levante in 17th, 18th and 19th respectively.

Barcelona will be without Ronald Araujo for the rest of the season after the club revealed he requires surgery on a thigh injury. The Uruguayan has been a mainstay in the heart of Barca’s defence this term, making 21 appearances in all competitions.

Sergio Agüero was absent against Napoli due to a stomach issue and will be evaluated ahead of the Celta clash, while Dani Alves and Jordi Alba are both one booking away from a ban. Eric Garcia and Sergi Roberto are back in training but not yet ready to return.
