Nicolas Cage’s ex Christina Fulton sues him over their son’s alleged attack
The Daily Mail is reporting that Christina Fulton, who is Nicolas Cage’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of his son, Weston, has filed a lawsuit against the actor over an alleged attack on Weston.
Fulton claims in the lawsuit that Cage beat their son and took away his dog, leading to the 24-year-old’s alleged suicide attempt on July 3. She says Cage was supposed to have only monitored visitation, but she claims he has been anything but. She also claims that he brought the dog, her son’s service animal, to their visit on July 3, and then took the dog away from their son and beat him. At some point, Weston ran away and was missing for an hour and a half, after which he was admitted to the hospital and placed on a 5150 hold.
Fulton is seeking immunity for Weston by claiming the alleged incident could have been triggered by Cage’s influence. She also wants to be compensated for Weston’s medical bills.
As of this writing, Cage has not commented publicly on the lawsuit.
